Quick Service Restaurants to Improve Operational Efficiencies Across Franchises
SINGAPORE–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Both KFC and Pizza Hut in Singapore have selected Zap Business Intelligence software to improve corporate performance and gain operational efficiencies.
The Singapore master franchise for KFC and Pizza Hut Singapore faced challenges when it came to meeting corporate reporting requirements, benchmarking store performance, and reducing the time and costs spent on day-to-day reporting across multiple business systems.
Zap Business Intelligence will empower KFC and Pizza Hut employees to report on and analyse information across systems including finance, payroll, inventory, mobile delivery, and human resources. They will create reports, scorecards, dashboards, Key Performance Indicators and ad-hoc analysis to gain a shared understanding of performance and meet reporting requirements efficiently. Zap Business Intelligence is a Microsoft-based business intelligence (BI) solution that delivers corporate information anytime, anywhere via a web browser.
